I was ordering my starbucks one rainy afternoon for me and Tristan. He told me he had to run to the rest room and as he walked away I felt this overwhelming feeling come over me. It was almost an anxiety feeling and my entire body began to feel a little more than strange. I started looking around me to see if anyone had noticed the somewhat perplexed look on my face. At this point I was still getting used to experiencing these things happening on their own. I suppose one never really gets 'used to it' because each experiences feels so different from the last.
As I was walking towards the end of the coffee bar I noticed a glint of light which caught my eye. It was a woman's ring flashing in the light above the bar. Immediately when I saw her I felt this overwhelming warmth come over me. It was as if I knew this woman forever and I remember having a strong connection with her. I walked up to her and asked her where she bought such a beautiful ring.
We chatted for a few minutes and I mentioned I was about to head home to see my clients for the day and when she asked what I did for a living I explained that I perform Spirit Communication for others.
No sooner did the words leave my mouth that I found myself having a clairsentient experience.
'Do you have a brother who passed away?' I asked her.
'Yes I do' She replied.
'Did he pass from something that would've effected more than one part of his body? Like cancer or something that could've spread?'
Immediately the lady began to tear up. She explained to me that her brother did indeed pass from a cancerous illness and that she often felt him around her.
'He wants you to know that there will be change within a younger female's life. Something about school. Do you have a daughter?'
'Yes I have a daughter and she is thinking of going back to college' She confirmed.
'Your brother would like to wish her luck on her schooling and says that she will do incredibly well. He also wants you to know how happy he is that you are now beginning to take time for yourself'
The woman hugged me so deeply that when Tristan came out of the bathroom he thought maybe it was a friend that I hadn't seen in a long time. As he walked towards me he must've realized that I had done a reading for her as the first words out of his mouth were 'I can't leave you alone for a second!'.
The woman, Tristan and myself spoke for a few minutes before we left Starbucks. I wanted to make sure that I didn't open her up for something that she wasn't ready to hear. She told me how grateful she was and how much the casual Spirit encounter helped her.
Sometimes when we follow our intuition and work through our anxiety we can see the deeper message inside of the challenging experience and sometimes that message isn't for us. Spirit works in many different people in many different ways.
